Every weekend, our Head Chef will hold a meeting with both his teams and suppliers to offer an additional course to the evening’s menu, known simply as the ‘Chefs Specials’. These dishes showcase not only the skill and expertise of the kitchen staff, but also the quality and freshness of the local produce.
